Having rich experience in the market of Asian countries, we understand the local mentality and style of doing business in each region, we find a “common language” for high-quality service, efficient communication between Shippers (Sellers) and our Clients, delivery in safe and exact appointed time. We take full responsibility for important roles, whereas we participate in the supply chain and EXACTLY KNOW what our Clients expect from us. ​ We are a group of same-minded people from Kazakhstan, Singapore, and Malaysia, who have discipline throughout the whole process, responsibility for finishing off all requested tasks and we always keep our promises to our Clients. We do a preliminary analysis of possible risks and keep our Customers consulted to choose the best ways, which as a result optimizes their logistics processes. ​ Before we begin handling any shipment, we detailly analyse current congestions of seaports and railway stations, obtain meteorological reports on the sea routes, consider preliminary verification of all commercial documents with Customs brokerage at destination place, what level of humidity and temperature and how we are able to warn against possible risks, consider a full cargo characteristics analysis of the accepted cargo and what requirements we should follow during the whole route.
