We are a real estate development, construction and intellectual property licensing company providing cost reducing self-storage solutions with an emphasis on envirnomental conservatism. Our technology and know-how are patented, which we now use to build multi-story, self-storage facilities. Our designs using shipping containers results in construction cost savings of $20 - $30 per gross square foot in multi-story self-storage facilities and it also shortens the typical construction schedule. In addition to the patents we have already been issued, we have several domestic and international patent-pending inventions filed, protecting not only our initial designs, but also the multitude of ancillary, valuable, and potentially critical discoveries we have made during the conceptual, development, and practical implementation of our intellectual property.
