Amid the pandemic, Xi’an had trouble finding boxes because of the increased demand for containers. The company also encountered difficulties growing its clientele due to being new to the game and having limited contacts. But things took a turn for the better once they joined xChange in 2022, explains Joe Sun.

Further, Joe Sun shared that they’ve also managed to make a name for themselves in the Chinese market and meet more local partners.
“We initially had limited Chinese contacts, so we also used xChange to develop our business in China. Doing so, we’ve supplied containers, which were bought via the platform, to several local partners. This has boosted our presence in the Chinese market”.
In less than a year, Xi’an Silk Road has made 20 new partners scattered across the globe and built a name for themselves within the Chinese market – all with the help of xChange. And with that, the company intends to keep using the marketplaces to further their business goals and reach for the stars!
