Talent Manager (full- or part-time) 


  1. Plan our team ramp-up – define the HR strategy and hiring plan together with the management team

  2. Find the best talent –help us grow by another 15+ A-players in 2019 across all functions and seniorities

  3. Build and own the recruiting process – manage the entire xChange hiring process

  4. Expand our people development – design a world-class people development function

  5. Build the xChange Employer Brand– build a real brand around xChange to help attract the best talent from around the world


  1. 2 years work experience in human resources, employee services or related fields

  2. Self-starter with high level of independence

  3. High personal drive, good communication skills and fun in day-to-day communication with the team

  4. Very good English & German language skills

  5. The role can be both full- or part-time
