Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

• You convert our Customer Success Operations into a data-driven business where we can measure, analyze and optimize every aspect of engagement with our customers
• You are responsible for setting up and implementing a monitoring dashboard to visualize customer focused KPIs
• With the help of relevant insights you gain from analyzing customer data you consult and advise our team members and team lead in order to improve our customers activity rate
• You develop efficient solutions and initiatives – and help to implement pilots and process changes to increase the value our customers receive from xChange
• Further, you are in charge of continuously measuring, monitoring and analyzing the impact of actions and process changes

• You feel highly confident working in a subscription-based SaaS environment and have already been working in a start-up in the field of Customer Success Management
• You are eager to develop a holistic, data-driven view on xChange’s customer engagement
• You have a getting-things-done mentality with a strong business sense and work output-oriented having your targets in mind
• You are curious and think analytical – you are great with numbers and make decisions based on figures and analysis
• You have a sound knowledge of Excel, Redash, SQL or comparable tools
• You have a high personal drive, very good English and communication skills and are a great team player

• A dynamic and international team (~25 nationalities across our almost 50 team members!) with extremely flat hierarchies
